Marble Mountain is just outside of Da Nang in Vietnam. I was in the area for a few days but ended spending most of my time here. Ben Ashmole (ashmolephotography) > In South East Asia Buddha statues like this are common place. This one in Nha Trang, Vietnam was especially large and impressive. It helped the shot that the cloud was suitably epic on that day. All images creative commons non commercial

Ben Ashmole (ashmolephotography) > Hoi An is famous for its lanterns. At night they are everywhere decorating and lighting the town around the river. This was taken inside a small lantern shop, of which there are predictively many! All images creative commons non commercial

Ben Ashmole (ashmolephotography) > Ha Long Bay is known for its thousand of karst limestone islands. It very rarely gets publicity for the many impressive cave systems that exist on those islands. This is one of the many caves that I was able to explore while in Ha Long Bay. It was midday and the harsh sunlight was pouring through the cave opening. All images creatvie commons non commercial
